ORDER PROCESSING Our normal order processing routine for orders received prior to 7 PM Eastern Time Sunday through Thursday is that we ship the order on the next business day. Orders received after 7PM Eastern time will be shipped in two business days. For orders received after 7:00 PM on Thursday evening through 7:00 PM Sunday evening, we ship the orders on the following Monday. SHIPPING - DOMESTIC Orders under $60 with a shipping address within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or Guam) have a $7.95 shipping and handling fee. For orders of $60 or more to the above destinations, shipping and handling is waived as long as the value of the order remains above $60. If returns of merchandise cause the order to drop below $60, our actual shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund for the return. Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS Ground or the US Post Office Priority Mail service, at our discretion. Generally, orders over $100 are sent via UPS Ground. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam are sent via the US Post Office Priority Mail, regardless of weight. Orders with less than $50 in merchandise and all orders where the address is a P.O. Box are sent via Priority Mail. We ship our orders from a warehouse in the eastern US, which for the majority of customers is a very short delivery time frame. For customers on the West Coast, it may take five to six business days to deliver your order. SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL International orders are usually shipped via Priority Mail International. You can get an estimate of shipping charges here. Use the Package rate and check the shipping charges based upon an estimate of the weight of your order. Send us an e-mail if you want us to estimate the shipping charge for your country and list of items. Please note that we have no control over whether local taxes or import duties will be charged on any shipment. Where the Post Office is unsuitable we will ship via UPS. For UPS, we require a street address (not a Post Office Box) and a local telephone number at the destination. UPS will call the destination phone number if they have difficulties in finding the address. Our costs for this service average $34.95 (US) and we pass this cost along to the International customer. For Canadian or Mexican customers you can print out our NAFTA Certificate of Origin here. If you prefer one shipping method over another, please send us an e-mail after you have placed your order, with your order number, and let us know which shipping method you desire for your order. RETURNS If we made a mistake or if the product we shipped is defective, we will accept the returned item for a full refund of the purchase price or for replacement with a part that isn't defective. For returns at the discretion of the customer, we accept returns of unopened items. For these returns we charge a $7.00 restocking fee. We inspect every returned item to verify that it is ready for resale before we return it to inventory. Please note that if your original purchase was more than $60 thereby qualifying you for having the shipping costs waived, and the value of merchandise you elected to return brings the order total to less than $60; we will deduct our actual shipping and handling costs from the amount refunded. Please send returns via the US Post Office to the following address. (Do not use UPS or FED EX as they can not ship to a P.O. Box.)
QUESTIONS If you have a question about an order, please send us an e-mail at custsrv@wigjig.com for the fastest response. We generally respond to these e-mails within 24 hours. We also respond to questions via telephone at 800-579-WIRE or fax at (240) 597-2262. LOST ORDERS We accept the responsibility for getting your order to you. While it doesn't happen often, occasionally an order does not reach its destination. Please notify us if you believe that your order has been lost. Generally, within the US, if 10 days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received it, it may be lost. As noted above, we ship our orders from a warehouse East of the Mississippi. For customers on the West Coast, please allow five to six business days for UPS to deliver your order. Our track record shows that we lose less than one order in a thousand. If it happens to you, we will coordinate with the shipper to submit any necessary insurance. Please understand that in the very rare circumstances that your order gets lost, we will replace your order and ship again at no cost to the customer. If you need to contact us, please use the contact information in the above paragraph. EXPEDITED SHIPPING We can expedite shipping if this is necessary. We do this on a case by case basis. If you need your order shipped via expedited shipping, we can upgrade to UPS three day, two day or overnight shipping, but will have to charge the actual difference in cost between our normal shipping and the upgraded shipping.
