These earrings are called Modified WigJig Classic Jewelry Wire & Beads Chandelier Earrings because the body of the earrings is a modification to a wire component called "WigJig Classic" in our book, "Wonderful, Wearable Wire".  We tried to come up with a better name, but it seems that our creativity was worn out after we created this new earring design. 

This is an advanced beginner's jewelry making project.  It is suitable for wire workers who have been successful in making other jewelry designs.  It would not be suitable for beginners to making jewelry with wire and beads because there are too many steps involved in making these earrings. 

We really like this earring design.  It has enough complexity to be interesting, but not so much that it is too busy.  We like the triangular shape at the bottom and we like the use of the spacer bars to connect the ear wire to the body of the earring.  These earrings take about 30 minutes to make a pair, but we believe that they are worth it.  Our free instructions for making these earrings begin on the next web page.
 

Skills Required:

• Ability to make a "P" loop in wire.
• Ability to cut wire with with a flush cutter.
• Ability to straighten wire with nylon jaw pliers.
• Ability to make a bead dangle.
• Ability to make a jump ring. 
• Ability to use our WigJig tools to make wire components.
