Page 1      Fun Jewelry Wire Earrings with Beads Jewelry Making Project

This is a quick, delicate earring project that can be made with 8 inches of 20 gauge 1/2 hard round wire and three 4mm beads or two 4mm beads and one 6mm bead.  These earrings use a post style of connection and therefore require an ear clutch to hold the earrings on.  The earrings are approximately 1 1/8" tall.  The pictures shown here are slightly larger than the actual earrings. 

We also discuss two alternative designs for these earrings including the design show at right. 

Skills Required:

• Ability to make "P" loops with your round nose or fine step jaw pliers.
• Use of a WigJig jewelry making tool to make wire components.
• Ability to wrap wire around itself.
• Ability to cut wire with flush cutters.
