![]() What do you need if you want to wear the variety of earrings made using the jewelry making instructions from our Beads and Jewelry Making Supplies by WigJig Web Site, but you don't have pierced ears? The answer is simple -- you need an ear cuff like the one shown at right. The ear cuff is a "C" shaped piece of wire, worn over and behind each ear, with loops on both ends. Either or both loops can be used to hang an earring body from one's ear. In the picture at right, the lower loop is used and from a distance, the ear cuff would be invisible, but the earring would be easily seen. An ear cuff can be made of any color of wire. The greenish wire shown here was chosen for this project specifically because it could be shown. For most people an unobtrusive color of wire like gold-filled or sterling silver wire would be a better choice than the green wire shown here. |
