These Chandelier Earrings are a very simple jewelry making project.  If you can make a wrapped bead dangle, you will be able to make these earrings.  This is definitely a beginners project; but in spite of the simplicity of this design, they are a nice, contemporary design.

Chandelier Earrings
 

Jewelry Supplies:

Tools Required:
  • 6 inches of 20G 1/2 hard wire
  • Three inches of commercial chain
  • Ten 4mm crystal beads
  • Ten head-pin findings
  • Two ear wire findings, or make your own ear wire using 7 inches of 20G 1/2 hard wire and two 4mm crystal beads
  • Round Nose Pliers
  • Flush Cutter
  • Chain Nose or Bent Chain Nose Pliers (2)
  • Nylon Jaw Pliers
  • Any WigJig acrylic jig
  • 5 metal pegs
  • 20 minutes of free time

Jewelry Skills Required:

  • Use of a WigJig to make a wire component.
  • Ability to make a wrapped bead dangle using a head-pin and beads
  • Ability to make an ear wire using WigJig, metal pegs and Super Pegs (Optional)
